Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AEO Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

AEO Tracker monitors AI citation rates for your brand across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. We provide citation scores, weekly digest emails, and content recommendations. Results are informational and based on automated sampling — they do not represent exhaustive coverage of all AI responses.

Subscriptions and billing

Starter ($49/mo) and Agency ($99/mo) plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. The Lifetime plan ($497) is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

You may use AEO Tracker only for lawful purposes. You agree not to resell access, reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to overload our systems. You are responsible for the brand and industry information you provide.

Intellectual property

AEO Tracker and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Scan results and reports generated for your brand are yours to use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI citation data is inherently variable — we do not guarantee any particular citation score or improvement in AI visibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEO Tracker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
